Roomonitor 2.0 operates across three layers of guest communication, AI, Control Center, and Field Service. Each layer has its own role, its own logic, and its own moment to act. Explaining that in a trade show environment is genuinely difficult. Visitors are walking past, the floor is loud, and nobody stops to read. The video had to explain a complex multi-layer platform in under a minute, with no voiceover, no actors, and no assumption that the viewer was already paying attention.
We built the video as a progressive reveal. Each block teaches one layer, and each layer earns the next. The viewer never hears a word. Instead the animated UI tells the story: channels connecting, messages arriving, AI responding, operators escalating, field agents dispatching in real time across a live city map. The final block plays a complete real case from start to resolution in 27 minutes, across all three layers, so the viewer understands not just what each layer does but why all three are necessary. On-screen text in Spanish carries the entire narrative so it reads perfectly with the sound off.
Roomonitor needed a video for their stand at Vitur Summit 2026, one of Europe's leading hospitality technology conferences. The brief was to explain how the Roomonitor 2.0 platform handles guest communication across three layers: AI, Control Center, and Field Service. No actors, no voiceover, no filmed footage. The video also had to work on a loud trade show floor, which meant the entire story had to land on mute. On-screen text in Spanish was the only narrator.
We produced a 57-second animated explainer built entirely from animated UI mockups, kinetic typography, and motion-designed screen flows. The video is a progressive reveal across eight blocks. Channels connect into one unified inbox. A guest message arrives. The AI resolves it instantly, verifying booking data from the integrated PMS in real time. When the AI cannot resolve, the Control Center takes the case: chat, call, remote door opening. When physical presence is needed, Field Service agents are dispatched across a live city map spanning Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Paris. The final block plays a complete real case: a failed check-in with a dead battery lock, resolved in 27 minutes across all three layers. It closes on one line: AI goes as far as it can. Our team, as far as needed.
