Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern the use of arcframe.agency and the video
production services provided by ArcFrame Agency. By using this
website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Specific project terms including scope, deliverables, timeline,
and pricing are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.
Where a signed project agreement conflicts with these terms, the
project agreement takes precedence.

2. Services

ArcFrame Agency provides motion design and video production
services including explainer videos, product demo videos, feature
animations, marketing videos, and showreels.

All services are delivered remotely. Deliverables, formats, and
timelines are defined per project before work begins.

3. Project Process

Every project follows an agreed process:

We collect a brief covering your product, audience, and goal.
We produce a script and storyboard for your approval.
We animate and deliver the video.
We revise until you are satisfied.

Work does not begin on animation until the script and storyboard
are approved in writing.

4. Revisions

Revisions are unlimited within the agreed project scope. A
revision means refining or correcting work already produced
against the approved script and storyboard.

Requests that change the approved scope, including new scenes,
a different concept, a change in video length, or a new
direction after approval, are treated as additional work and
quoted separately.

5. Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date all required
assets, brief information, and approvals are received.

Delays in client feedback, asset delivery, or approvals will
extend the delivery timeline accordingly. We will always
communicate revised timelines in writing.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project before work begins. Unless
otherwise stated, a deposit is required to schedule and begin
work, with the balance due before final file delivery.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Final deliverables and editable project files are released once
full payment is received.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered video and hold
full rights to use, distribute, and modify it for your business
purposes.

Third party assets used in production, including stock music,
stock footage, and licensed fonts, remain subject to their
original licenses. We will identify any such assets and their
license terms on delivery.

ArcFrame Agency retains ownership of internal working files,
methods, and processes not delivered as part of the project.

8. Portfolio Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, ArcFrame Agency may
display completed work in our portfolio, website, showreel,
social channels, and marketing materials.

If your project is confidential or under embargo, tell us before
the project begins and we will exclude it from all public display.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing at any time.

If you cancel, you are responsible for payment covering all work
completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non
refundable once production has begun.

If we cancel, any payment made for work not yet completed will
be refunded.

10. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate brief information, required brand
assets, and timely feedback and approvals.

You confirm that any materials you supply, including logos,
copy, screenshots, product footage, and brand assets, are owned
by you or licensed for the intended use, and do not infringe
third party rights.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, product details, and materials
shared with us as confidential and do not disclose them to third
parties without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is
limited to the amount paid for that project.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including
lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption arising from
the use of delivered work.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in
effect at the time your project agreement is signed applies to
that project.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and United States. Any
dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh and United States.
