SwapWeb solves a problem most builders create. Every website builder locks you into its own output. Switch frameworks and you rebuild from scratch. SwapWeb removes that constraint entirely, letting you design once and export into Figma, Framer, WordPress, Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Webflow. The difficulty is that this sounds too good to be true. A developer or designer reading it on a landing page assumes there is a catch, a limitation, or a compromise in output quality. Claiming it in a headline does not work. The product had to be shown doing it.
We built the video as a continuous product walkthrough with no gaps for doubt to enter. It opens by naming the exact pain: rebuilding an entire site from scratch just to switch frameworks. Then it shows the alternative, uninterrupted. Start a blank project or pick a template. Select your framework. Watch the project generate instantly. Drag sections in from the sidebar. Edit images, text, fonts, and shapes with everything updating live. Add pages, link them, build a full multi-page site. Then export the whole thing into your chosen framework and go live. By the end the viewer has seen the entire promise executed, not described. The closing line does the positioning work: one builder, every framework.
SwapWeb needed a product demo that made its core advantage immediately believable. The product lets you build a website once and export it into any major framework, which is a genuinely unusual capability and therefore a genuinely hard claim to make credibly. The audience is designers and developers, an audience that is skeptical by default and does not take feature claims at face value. The goal was to show the complete workflow clearly enough that the capability speaks for itself.
We produced a motion product demo structured around three clear stages, each building on the last. The video opens on the pain point every designer and developer recognises: rebuilding a whole website from scratch just to switch frameworks. From there it moves straight into the product. A project starts from blank or from a quality template. A framework is selected from Figma, Framer, WordPress, Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Webflow, and the project generates instantly, ready to customise. The middle section shows real editing. Sections drag in from the sidebar. Images, text, fonts, and shapes are edited with every change reflecting live on screen. Nothing is skipped or sped past, because the fluidity of the editing experience is part of what the video is selling. The final stage shows scale and completion. New pages are added and linked across the site to build a full multi-page experience, then the entire project is exported into the chosen framework and taken live. Animated UI and motion overlays highlight each interaction at the moment it happens, so the viewer follows the workflow without needing anything explained twice.
